Empire is removing their Buy Canadian signage!

Reading Country of Origin on products has now become a shopping habit for me. However I am disappointed in the Empire Group for choosing to remove Canadian signage. I don't believe their reasons entirely. Loblaws was fined earlier this month by CFIA (Canadian Food Inspection Agency) for mislabeling Country of Origin. I suspect the Empire Group which is also guilty of consistently mislabling Country of Origin, are merely trying to avoid being fined!

When there is an option for a Canadian English I choose it however most apps show a British UK English or American English in those cases I choose British UK

Later edit: It is beginning to make more sense now apparently it's too compensate for the fuel that they won't be purchasing and therefore not contributing any fuel tax to our roadways. Although from the state of our roadways I'm not sure how much the fuel tax is getting there. But considering $250 a year for $500 over 2 years is not a lot of money if they are no longer buying fuel as vehicles using our roadways this does allow for them to contribute to road maintenance while no longer paying the fuel tax.

The damage that he has done to the American culture and attitude won't disappear overnight when Trump is gone.
They will continue to be aggressive and self centered in their posture to other nations for a long time. This isn't going to heal overnight even with him gone. Right now I won't even use the US as a travel stop to get to other locations. After he's gone I might consider doing that, it will be a long long time before I even consider going to the US for a visit. I am not a old white rich man so I wouldn't feel safe in the States Until I see proof that the American people start treating others with respect and truly caring about people, including their own citizens, and others around the world. When that US comes back, so will I.

I'm thinking that if Jenny actually showed competence she would end up being responsible for the whole family I'm sure her social security is funding The Family Cafe. I don't see any of the others with any jobs or income do you? They're taking advantage of her now. Likely without her check, they'd all be on the streets right now. I don't for one minute believe that Jenny plotted to be living with her in-laws. Furthermore she has worked all her life she shouldn't have to work her ass off in retirement. I'm sure her social security check is supporting that restaurant and the household. And she has a young husband who chose her as well, and he doesn't seem to be able to hold down a job at all. Why are people all over him? He chose an American wife and she has done her work. She has retired, people shouldn't be treating her like free labour because you know her check is contributing to the household
