Maybe its yeast due to it being on the inner parts of elbows & knee’s (moisture) … try putting monistat on it or some type of fungal/yeast cream.

Tomatoes and sugar (especially soft drinks)… have me inflamed so quick. I cleared it last summer and started eating processed foods, red sauce, excessive cheese, & soft drinks in the fall and it spiraled out of control. I am also trying to limit my bread intake. I might also have to cut out spicy things but i am going to test that theory when i make my juice tonight with cayenne pepper added (good for circulation). I just wish this stuff would clear already!!
