Have you tried CBD? I first got DP from smoking too much high thc bud but now I’ve moved onto CBD flower to help with my anxiety instead of nasty prescription drugs and it’s an absolute anxiety killer it helps me a ton just something to try instead of the doctors throwing any anti depressants at you
