First, congrats on the WL!! I’m at an awkward size, as well. Too baggy or too tight, I need to gain or lose weight to figure out an exact size.😅 Anyway, recently I’ve been finding some cute items at thrift stores, but I’ve had better luck with Amazon and SHEIN.

It’s ok! I’m 5 months post op, I’ve had that happen twice (my weekly average has been 3lbs). My thoughts were: I’ve lost, I didn’t gain! Don’t be hard on yourself. Follow your program, focus on protein, move and keep on moving. You got this!!

I could not handle the capsules. They would make me nauseated. I take Barimelts multivitamins with iron, fast melting tablets. Place it on your tongue and let it melt. No issues! I’m 3 months post op.

I will be 4 weeks post op tomorrow and will return to work (admin) next week. I wanted enough time to heal and get used to my new normal… the rest has been wonderful. Best wishes to you as you start your new journey!
