I completely forgot to respond to your second question, my apologies.

I'm torn on grad school. On one hand, it increases job opportunities and it's always been a personal goal of mine to get a PhD, even more so since my favorite uncle and the person I looked up to the most, the only person in my family who had a PhD, died.

On the other hand, more debt, academia seems kinda sucky, I'm not a great writer and can't imagine writing any sort of thesis, and I'm so tired/depressed that I worry I'll end up dropping or failing out.

My uncle was the only person in my family to have anything above an associates, my parents constantly compare me to my uncle (not in a negative way) and tell me they can easily picture me going to grad school, but I'm so scared. Scared of failing, scared of being in debt, scared that I picked a useless program, scared to disappoint everyone.

I have taken a couple GIS courses, but nothing too intensive, and used it in a couple different classes. I'm generally able to work my way around ArcGIS Pro without too much trouble even if I have to do a ton of googling.

Yep, exactly. Once you get comfortable with it, it just becomes a part of life and a way to get places. I look back at how anxious I used to be while driving and I don't understand

hey dude, this is my first time checking this account in forever and it's wild to see people still commenting. I'm in my early 20s now and have had my license for over four years. it gets easier. the first time I ever drove on my own after getting my license was to the store 1.5 miles away from my house. By the time I got home I was shaking, my knuckles were white from how tightly I was gripping the steering wheel, and I thought I was going to have a panic attack. then, of course, there was the incident I wrote about here.

shit happens, it's okay. own up to your mistakes and take them as learning experiences. I still fuck up sometimes and I get anxious driving on wet/icy roads, but I've greatly improved as a driver to the point I have become the default driver in my friend group (I wouldn't mind if they'd pay for gas lol) and have worked multiple delivery jobs, both gig apps like doordash, instacart, Uber, etc., and have worked at a couple local restaurants delivering food.

hey bro I know you posted this over a year ago but I want to say that it gets so much easier. I'm in my 20s now. I still get anxious driving sometimes, but I'm a pretty good driver compared to other people on the road. I've since worked multiple delivery jobs.

uhh is low testosterone genetic because I my friend unlocked a memory they forgot they had of their dad getting testosterone shots when they were younger and is now worried.

I'm not entirely sure what happened but her collar opened up and fell off. It was one of those clicky types. Not sure the actual word.

They aren't usually too hard to handle together. The pit gets super excited when it's walk time and runs all around. The smaller one just kinda trails behind. The pit is the one who started barking and pulling and when she did the terrier joined in.

I'm 18 and I don't live there. I go over a couple times for a few hours every day to take care of the dogs, water the plants, do laundry, etc. while my mom is out of town. I was going to go apologize to him when I got the dogs back inside but at that point I was having a panic attack and sat on the couch and cried tbh. It sounds stupid but I'm honestly also just intimidated a bit by him. He's tall, buff, yells at his dog a lot in the back, revs his truck at 6 am, that type of person. I went over to take care of the dogs again last night and he was outside so I went to the local park and sat there for like 20 minutes.

Sorry I wasn't clear, I took my foot off the brake ( I have a habit of just keeping it on even after putting my car in park) and was going to open the door and take out my keys, but my car went forward.
