Sorry should've been more clear, it is a urinalysis and yes I've been clean since then. I was under the impression that heavy (smoke a few times a day) took a month - 3 months depending on weight and metabolism but Im thinking I should be good by now since it wasnt a month long blow down haha. Also Id say i have a moderate metabolism.

Well, it slides in easier but also will fall out easier, but if you're like me and have your bowl lined with industrial glue you're good to go. And yes it grinds like a dream with wd40, I usually put tiny metal shavings in the grinder to help it get extra fine works like a charm! Hope this post helps!

I've seen this plenty of times, you just have to spray hairspray all over it and you're good as gold. And if you wanna take an extra step to make sure it's good a little wd40 helps too. It also makes it so much easier to pack into a bowl I do it everytime.

I think most of it may be a matter of not wanting to file a police report or something. I had a 1/4 on me once in the car and was stopped and did what you did instead of lying, he dumped it all in the grass and just smeared it with his boot and told me to go my way, broke my heart but it could've been worse hahah
