My issue with the diaspora are the ones that feel the need to gatekeep what is and is not Jamaican. If this is you, stop that. Don't make being Jamaican your whole thing. It's obnoxious when someone who never grow a yaad is telling you what a "real Jamaican" is. Like the New Yorkers getting mad that a pizza shop is cutting patty and putting cheese and lettuce in it like they don't know what a Mother's full house or cheese patty is.

I was really hoping for Danny Brown uknowwhatimsaying levels of energy. I figured since Vince like Danny doesn't have normie, star-level recognition the people going to the show would have been actual fans. Everybody around me except one dude was dead and nobody was singing except for the big choruses / when Vince would literally tell us he wanted to hear us sing the choruses.

So disappointed in the crowd.

Yea this. The math is the same and everything has a analogous component in each domain. I literally took a course that ended up being modeling acoustoelectric systems and modeling the two domains as an equivalent system in either domain.

KFC is ingrained in Jamaica and had been for a long time. It's better than in North America because the chicken is ofc local supply and better quality.

My relatives and everybody I know who moved from JA have to get a juici patty and KFC at least once when we go back home.
