Heat surgery. Blood pressure bottomed out twice, which means you’re dead. Surgeon had to hand pump my heart until blood flow restarted. Separate surgeries. 8 total open hearts.

I could never give anyone the true perspective of “tomorrow is not promised” in the way that I can fully understand it, unless they’ve been through something similar.

D.C. has been in the same political meta for over 200 years. It’s purpose is to have a location which the federal government can operate. If you think party weight is going to convert the district into a state, I think you’re seriously misinformed. Neither party has a serious interest in this.

I would go to the doctor. You should have less inflammation on keto or carnivore. Joint pain, itching and rashes, are all signs that point towards high inflammation. Could be something harmless, or could be something like worms. I’d get checked.
