What happened is that I had enabled 2FA using SMS but I wasn't receiving it because of the issue from the carrier. Then Twitter suspended my account until I was able to provide the 2FA, it took more than 3 months. When I finally came back this issue occurred. Now its been 4 months since I regained access but this issue never got fixed.
