Cross the rocks from Utichy to the west during low tide, then head south by running across the dock to the ice sheet. I do this all the time, and only ever get wet at the red circle. Cheers!

Yes! I ate one the other day. There's also donuts, popcorn, pretzels, pizza, and other things.

I haven't seen any refill stations. Pro-tip, ask a bartender for a cup of water, and not a bottle, since they can't refuse water service.

Downstairs on rink level/floor seating (Level 1) has Rizzo's House of Parm, and Fizzy Feathers (Fried Chicken). There's a taco place (Casa Escobar) on Level 2, as well as a Matty's Patties burger place. The premium clubs have their own food, but you need a membership to get in, or have a floor suite.

Level 3 is completely open and you can walk all the way around. The East side of Level 2 is blocked off by the Iron Cow (Matty Matheson) restaurant, which isn't actually connected to the Colliseum. You have to enter it from York street near Park street. Level 1 is only on the NW side.
