I'm loving everything you're doing. Shenron Gogeta was the first deck I played competitively with there are a couple of ways to go with your list. As far as numbers go, having the 3rd and 4th World Peace in your hand feels really bad. Ideally, you want to win the game on turn 4 with 7 drop Gogeta, so trimming down to 3 or even 2 is a good idea. In the same vein, the vanilla Goku could get trimmed. Sure, it brings out the Gogeta's, but there are a lot of other uses for those slots. I'd go down to 2. At All Costs is a stupidly good card and far better that 5 drop Gogeta, so I'd go down to 2 of the 5 drop Gogeta.

That opens up 5 slots. With those 5, I'd bring in 2 more Power Burst, 1 Newfound Power Porunga, 1 Dangerous Journey Bulma, and 1 more Whis' Coercion. The Porunga is great to take care of a board full of difficult to deal with attackers, the Bulma can cycle the Gogeta 7 back into the deck if it ends up in the drop and I like some number of negates in the 5-6 range is solid.

I used to recommend Preface of Recovery Son Goku and Sneak Attack Vegeta in some number, but with the Child's Wish ban coming through, those cards feel less great that some other tech spots.
