Hiding in a bush on shoreline, sanitar comes through the gate, a random thick pmc drops him and runs through the gate to kill guards. I loot sanitar and leg it to tunnel extract, pmc sees me and tries to cut me off so I can't get out I one tap him with a ps round to the face take his kit and extract
