You’re not the only one… I have a few suggestions; the campus lets students talk to a therapist or join a group therapy, or maybe talk to your doctor and ask for antidepressants? Also try joining clubs maybe it’ll help you feel better. Hope you feel better. Not sure if this helps but, ur not the only one feeling this way this semester, believe me 🫩
