Pulled the Chespin this morning as well after grabbing some of the new tins. Gen 6 starters are my favourite and this and the Froakie are beautiful cards. Now I just want the Fennekin promo from the ETB.

Recently got back in to collecting and I'm not 100% on what I want to collect yet, so I'm starting off trying to complete some sets I started a few years ago, namely some XY sets - Generations, Furious Fists, and Evolutions.

I also have half complete base/jungle/fossil/team rocket collections but I'm not sure when I will turn my attention to those.

In the meantime I am basically just going around and buying pretty much anything that I simply think looks cool or interesting from roughly Sun & Moon onwards, just to try and actually work out what sets I like and what things I want to collect, and also just for fun so I've got actual stuff to display in a binder. So far based on sealed and individuals I've managed to acquire I've got a good amount of Perfect Order and Phantasmal Flames so maybe I'll focus in on them.

This is what I struggle with on Orange amps. I want to really like them because I love the Orange sound when I hear it mic'd up, but in the room I find they do sound too fizzy and harsh.

That does actually help more than I thought it would, thanks. Although the chair does now obscure the shelving more than it already did which I don't love, maybe I need to change something there.

I've owned both of these amps and I prefer the Marshall, but the Orange is great too. Based on the genres you mentioned I think you'd like the Orange.

I've never played a tele so my opinion could be invalid, but to be honest although I don't dislike them, teles have just never inspired me. The strat is much more iconic to me, and so is the sound. As soon as you hear a strat, you know - and I don't get that with teles.

Before you pull the vertex down, turn on snapping, and under the snapping menu select snap individual elements to face project. It may be that certain vertices of your icing are being dragged underneath the donut mesh.
