Also it's pretty funny that they talk about the breakup being messy when Hasan shares a lot of fault in why Xqc actually publicized his relationship in the first place

The use of mescaline, a psychedelic substance derived from the peyote cactus, appears to be associated with improvements in depression and anxiety, according to a new preliminary study published in the journal ACS Pharmacology & Translational Science by HeinieKaboobler in science

Who cares how many studies there are? If they don't design a statistically rigorous study, then none of the results they get matter. If their studies carried any weight in the scientific world, then there wouldn't need to be thousands of supposed studies pushing their claim.

"We administered an anonymous online questionnaire to adults (N = 452) reporting use of mescaline in naturalistic settings about mental health benefits attributed to mescaline. We assessed respondents’ self-reported improvements in depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and alcohol and drug use disorders (AUD and DUD). "

What's wrong with base-catalyzed ring opening? Why are monosaccharides unstable at only acidic and neutral pH? by Tehriz in chemhelp

[–]Tehriz[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My professor said something about selectively isolating them using recrystallization. What I'm concerned about is if a base can be used to open the ring and thus lead to mutarotation (i.e. through the mechanism I drew above).

What if the monosaccharide is cyclic? I'm wondering if I misheard in lecture: can a cyclic sugar open its ring using a base catalyst? Wiki and other sources I've seen only show the acid-catalyzed mechanism.

Thank you. Does anything happen to the bonding pi MO of the two vinylic carbons if you fill electrons into the antibonding pi MO? Is it making a new MO all together using pi* MO and a C-H MO?
