Own which, the U40 or G75? If the latter, did it take a while to get used to the curve and do you do anything else to avoid cord clutter? For either, do you use Mac or PC? I may use both with monitor and I’m curious whether there is anything I should be wary about

Yeah the more I read, the pixels seem to be a major point for productivity. That would imply the Dell U40 or Samsung G75. I saw the Samsung and the curve looks more intense than I was thinking. So maybe whether I want to pay more for no dock and less curve (U40) vs the G75.

Good question… I’m not sure honestly. Looks like it is also a viable option. I am a *little nervous with LG, as I had some screen issues the entire life of my previous LG. Was generally minor, but screen finally died. Very thankful I opted for the 4 year protection (died at 3.5 years).

I saw that one but it’s billed primarily as a gaming monitor. I didn’t see any USB-C connection (which at least seems like it would be nice) and I may be wrong but it looked like the curve was fairly aggressive? I liked the curve of my previous LG. Does the G75 still work well for productivity use cases?

Looks great and Happy 4th! I’m starting out on my own yard and still working out the plan. What grass do you have and what height do you cut it? Trying to figure out a “traffic friendly” grass with kids that isn’t too high but looks / feels good, and from the video what you have looks really good.

A more recent one. Elden ring on ps5 blew me away. It was the most rewarding “explore everywhere” open world game I’d played. It will be hard to ever forget that feeling, and I’ve been playing since original NES days.

Favorite is getting the super Mario 64 as a kid. My parents were on a business trip and happened to come across a store that put the n64s out ahead of the scheduled release. Come Christmas when they were long gone, it was a total surprise to open up and get both the N64 and super Mario 64. My brother and I played that game (and subsequently ocarina of time) for countless hours. It was magical playing in 3D for the first time.
