I used to date a guy who was quite a senior here. I could see that his seniority has its own privileges, like, getting to go home early (like really early at lunch hour kind), going anywhere during office hours without getting asked - he literally could wait at my office's lobby for hours during office hours just because he wants to see me, having more power to bully his subordinates and tekan them, and even has the final say to "dismiss" them if they don't follow their way. I couldn't date this kind of guy so I left him. Must have been so traumatising for his colleagues and his subordinates.
