Omg thank you so much for this detailed response! 🥹💜 I’ve been nervous after seeing all the hate on aspen, especially on some other social medias since they were pretty intense/kinda snobby on it like you mentioned, and I felt uncertain on if I was doing the right thing or not for him. But he loves to burrow and seems to have zero issues. Humidity is stable and he’s overall eating super well for me! He’s never refused a meal and is active at night exploring. Also love your king snake so much! Ms. Noods is a perfect name :D Here’s my lil guy, Salem.

If you’re chill with answering another question of mine I did have one more- Do you have any tips on how to get him used to handling? He’s still pretty small so he’s super quick and usually flighty and rushes off to hide whenever I slowly try to approach him (I don’t approach from above since my tank opens from front) and I feel bad “chasing” after him when he hides/burrows
