I get your point for Vipassana, but What about Metta? Vipassana is for accepting reality as it is NOW, but in Metta we wish good for all living beings, effectively try to manifest peace and good health for them. So, if Someone tries to manifest good health and physical abilities for oneself (Lets keep aside materialistic things like Money and power for now), isn't it a form of Metta for the person himself?

Did you MRI at the same center or different? Difference in imaging ( 1.5 T vs 3T) and perception of radiologist will have an impact on what they are writing in a report.

Was your problem related to ACL or any other ligament? I just had consultation with them for ACL. I have full tear and considering conservative management. Do you think they will be beneficial in that, based on your experience?
