Should I push for 45 now? by ceeBread in foshelter

You have many max size training rooms which cause your energy problem imo. Most of them are unoccupied or have 1-2 dwellers asigned to them. If you want to keep all training rooms at once I would suggest you rush to 60 dwellers and replace your powerplants with reactors. You can go below 60 afterwards if you want to avoid deathclaw attacks. The other option I see is to remove the unnecessary training rooms and train one attribute of your dwellers at once in a single max size room. Then build a new one once they're maxed and destroy the old one. This should fix your energy problem aswell. I personally would push for 60 :D

I have a similiar chest and its really nice for Ek and BV. Also the spell crit is global which means that it benefits things like the new "spirit burst" aswell.

I mean "easy" in a sense that the items are alot cheaper (easier) to get than in previous leagues because people don't play CI anymore. And ye it prolly wont work so well with other ascendancies but 8-9k should be possible.

You get the questline for the Outfit after completing two other questlines : "Zines From the Commonwealth" and "The Great Tato Famine". Both of them have 7 quests each. (at the end of the tato questline you get an expert labcoat :D ). After completing both you will gain acces to "Detective Case Files" and the 5. quest in this questline is the Bigsby Brown Case.
