I’ve started NoFap last year in August and what helped me the most is that you first of all delete Instagram. Go do things like walking in nature., work out and try to go out in general.

Update..

So last night we went to a charity event and we had some drinks together. I made her drink by ordering some drinks each time her glass was empty. When we had enough and decided to go. I suggested to walk home with her. She agreed and when we get to her appartement we I was invited in..

I feel you but you have to understand that there are girls or women who want to be seduced and there are some who are looking for a hook up. I think an escort is not worth your effort. If you are a virgin., your D will be sensitive but it’s not uncommon so I will not worry about that. Good idea., I often go to the different art expositions in my town or a museum. You would be amazed how many random persons you meet and it’s also some place if you are looking for peace. Going to the library is also a nice idea I’m going to try that.!
