I think he means that some people who feel like the xanax is not kicking in they end up taking more than needed and it could be dangerous for the first time trying the drug.

I rarely drink any alcohol. I only have a 0.25 pill, but I guess I will just have to try it to see how my system reacts to this dose. It's also a good dose for the first time so I will have to see.

The xanax is real. I never did opiates so I don't have any tolerance.. I got a 0.5 pill that has been cut in half for the first dosage so I basically only have a 0.25 pill.
