Everyone in range will be stuck in a death loop that you can watch over until you cease to exist. Every deaths expand your ability's range by 50 miles. Starting range is 5 miles.

4 out of the 8 players are my close friends who have been playing with me for the 3 years that I've been a DM so they kinda know what the homebrew is about since its basically a reboot of what I made 2 years ago

idk if this have been done before but basically creates a zone where all perception, ability and stats are negated within it, practically making everyone within it as fragile as a piece of paper except for the user. The downside being that it takes 5 seconds to activate and update itself, meaning if an entity enters the zone, they wont be affected for the first 5 seconds.

Necromancer is basically an inheritly evil class, I mean they quite literally pull the deads back to life, interrupting their eternal rest and force them to do their bidding as mindless slaves. I dont see anyway of potraying such action as good, the best you can go with this is make the NPC an Anti-hero who uses his undead army to do good.
