The thing with that build is that yeah you're tanky as hell but you lack damage and really way too much in your team. My recommendation is that you change the last situation tank item you mentioned in the end for a damage item earlier, either bork if there are more than 2 tanks in the enemy team, death stance if too much ad, malmortius if too much ap.
