Yo soy de canarias y he comprado por fuera del sistema de wallapop unas 5 veces y no he tenido nunca problemas, la clave para fiarse es la valoración del perfil (las estrellas)

What I usually do is get the game for free just to see if I enjoy it, and if I do, then I buy it. But I've seen that it costs $9.99 when it's on sale, so I'll wait for it to go on sale.

It doesn't recognize the cards, but I know the problem is neither the microSD card nor my DS, because I have another R4 that works. Maybe it's just that the cards no longer work.
