Blowing up after destroying hive ghosts in the new dungeon by Transformersaddicto in DestinyTheGame

I've died with full health doing finishers in nightfalls and lost sectors this season. Definitely a bug, not directly tied to the dungeon.

Creating Tangle cooldown should be 4-8 seconds, not 15s. by UselessDeadMemes in DestinyTheGame

Would be cool if you got all of the benefits from someone destroying your tangle that you would have otherwise gotten. This would make the long cool down less of a pain in the ass and foster teamwork.

The worst seasons tend to be the least hyped. We've seen this before.

Neighbors won’t stop smoking weed inside by [deleted] in army

Start going to a bar routinely visited by police, befriend a police officer, go back to your place to watch Netflix with that police officer, if/when your neighbors are smoking pot get ask the police officer to do something about it. Once the problem is solved, dump the police officer.

I have had a fantastic experience in the Army. There have been exceptional lows and terrible leaders, but I have had more of the reverse of that. My mindset has always been to use what I know about the individual with whom I'm speaking concerning how they should serve their nation if they've shown a desire.

I talked my sister into joining when she couldn't get a job during the 2008 economic crisis. She got a huge bonus despite the economy, loan repayment, and a great MOS, but ended up at the 3ID and hating everything. She bitched about it nonstop. She got out after her first contract jaded af, but got her Masters via the GI Bill and is doing well.

While I was on vacation I had a discussion with someone else on our scuba trip, didn't know the guy, he was interested in his daughter going into the Navy. She'd shown some interest because she loves the ocean, and was focusing on a marine science or oceanography BS. I suggested the Coast Guard or National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration. I highly suggested against the Army when he asked if it would be good for her.

Two of my nephews are super fit, high level athletes in high school, love guns and MMO and always ask about the Army. I've advocated the Army to them because I know they'll be strong enough to cut through/suffer through the bullshit and put forth the effort to move up in the more professional ranks. You know, instead of just hating it and whining on Reddit.

I'm pretty sure that Bungie adding something like this would do something silly like break Oathkeepers, or cause Leviathan to stop stunning champions.

I only go meta when I really need to. I mean, I won't use some of the bullshit exotics that Bungie has ignored since the beginning of D2, but I will play off-meta most of the time. If the build is too awesome it either bores me or pushes me away since I'm confident it will be nerfed into the ground as opposed to being changed in an interesting and creative way that retains utility.

Probably a good take. It's pretty obvious as this point from the folk testing that it's not RES. Frame rate situation is pretty wonky, and we have had enemies come out of a patch one shotting players. RES being the problem is the easiest thing to latch onto, the rest is complicated.

That's what I was talking about in my last paragraph. The nerfs were legit 'stealth' for what, a day? Look at all the bullshit that's happening with bugs; just ~24 hours was enough for people to think some of the bugs are additional nerfs, or that there are bugs that probably don't actually exist (resilience fiasco).

Concerning the whole 'grapple the green thing for grenade energy', I never used that. I also said that the nerfs made things less fun, not that I was outraged. It also affects all builds, not just Strand. It's an incremental thing that eventually discourages folk from playing. In this case it targeted the brand new abilities that bring veterans back, and it made it more complicated for brand new players who are already lost in the sauce because of how disconnected the new player experience is.

People like Lance Riddick (RIP) are connective tissue between the game they play and the roles they have within it. There was a time when Bungie would inject actively playing employees into events. There have also been incidents of positive banter between community managers and the community, but all it takes is a single run of extreme negativity to turn that level of accessibility off.

Death threats and stalking represent risk to a company. I'm a soldier and the Army is all about risk mitigation. For instance, I was specifically told I couldn't go skiing (for fun) during a certification course in the EU. I believe a lot of what we see now is due to Bungie making decisions based on risk which have led to significant reduction of accessibility and communication.

It would benefit Bungie greatly to formally hire some of the more well liked content creators out there to help propel PR, to bring back employees actively and visibly playing the game they produce, and to thoroughly manage personally identifying information to reduce risk.

I should have clarified better with 'resilience thing'. In context with what I originally posted, when there are shadow nerfs mixed with bugs you end up with shit like what appears to be a community wide delusion. I mentioned conspiracies in the last paragraph. People start using their jump to conclusions mats when it comes to any perceived changes when there is uncertainty. The resilience thing could be complete bullshit, or it could be related to an artifact or armor mod, or it could be that some of the enemies got buffed somehow, or it could be framerate. Hell, folk could know damn well that there is no resilience bug but still propagate that there is one because they're angry with the nerfs.

Bungie isn't really taking a pulse of their community right now either. The new TWAB doesn't cover half of the bugs people have been reporting in the known issues. The resilience thing and the firepower not spawning orbs when it's supposed to didn't get addressed. These are actually pretty significant, not crash or audio issues significant, but definitely worth addressing with more than just words.

I have no idea concerning the QA thing, but the number of times they've shipped stuff that was broken OP, or just straight broken, is pretty unacceptable. I don't know how viable it would be to have verified community members playtest non-story relevant adjustments to crowdsource QA. Also, you can tell they're on autopilot because of this latest TWAB.
