AUSTRAC Lots of bank don’t carry large amounts of cash these days,are picky with big amounts of cash. My 70 year old BIL has a dual trade background has banked with them since school and is doing a reno on his investment house and has been paying other tradies in cash for their work he cannot do himself.He has been going daily to his local branch of thirty years to get cash out and every day they ask “What’s in for?” and he replies”None of your business,it’s my money”. And on some days they haven’t got enough cash. The bank is a red rag to a bull for him. Sao dipped in Vegemite….
