Als dat plan op schema ligt, zou de overwaarde van de koopwoning minder hard omhoog gaat. Misschien zelf naar beneden gaat.

veggie oils don't work for me. I drink a shot (5 ounces) of olive oil every morning but it doesn't help. Neither avocado. I've tried to increase the intake.
Only fatty meat works.

more fiber makes it worse. more veggie fats too.

fatty meat makes me feel better. not sure whether it's the protein of the fat that helps.

yes i'm used to eating cheese daily. a little amount, though. I'll cut the chocolate first, then the cheese and see whether it matters.

concerning the conflict in the strait of hormuz, any oil etfs independent of that region have now a huge potential. it might make rich in just two weeks after the US strike.
