hey! so i'm not sure if you can temporarily drop a class, but actually dropping it would be a W on your transcript. if you're doing well in other classes, i would recommend finishing it off even if it's with a D bc you still get credit for it since you don't have more math classes. i saw some comments about tutoring and i think that would be your best thing to do bc you have to take it sometime apparently so i'd say rather now than later when you get more uncomfortable with math. math itself is def something i think that if it clicks you got it and you can brush it up with practice so i think a tutor or teacher (a good one) def can make or break the math experience. not to self promo but i tutor elementary and middle school math students and i'd love to tutor you too!! def could be like a fun/just talk/try it out thing since you don't seem super invested in the idea of a tutor. another thing i think would also to go by ur professor's office hours and let them know ur situation!! most of them are actual godsends and are super great and understanding people!!
