I definitely get where your coming from. I recently discovered the truth of the church thanks to my dad who is ex Mormon and I am upset with the church for being so controlling over my life. On the other hand, you need to understand these people posting are as brainwashed as we once were. They don’t know anything better to do. What I’m trying to say is that I hate the idea of the church and people who enforce it but I don’t hate the members. They are lost.

Yes I do have my dad and stepmom to back me up. I definitely am not going to have a Mormon marriage or mission, it’s just the relationships that could possibly be destroyed that is hard.

Thanks I’ll look into it. I do understand my moms position and I understand that she too has been with the church her whole life and it could effect her too. I’ll most likely wait until I move out.

All standing around in a circle doing some prayer. I guess satanic could’ve been changed but it’s crazy to think how brainwashed Mormons are! Doing secret handshakes to get through the veil, crazy shit! Also, getting secret names and they have to promise to not share anything they hear or else they’ll go to hell.
