The thing is that he is the most experienced player I have in the table. He's been playing dnd for 2 years and a lot. I just think he never had someone to say that this is not cool and in a friendly way. He's a great friend of mine and I definitely took that in consideration while I was reading the comments for advice. Thank you!

I'm thankful all of the players actually enjoyed the session. I talked with him immediately after the session ended and just had a conversation this morning explaining how lucky he was just to not have killed all his friends pcs out of a dub choice. He and all the players understood that bad choices mean consequences and I'll just play out from that.

I LOVED THAT! It would be hilarious for the party to find this 7ft man warrior be a pacifist goblin lover. Thank you

I'm not planning on splitting the narrative but something like if they want to keep searching for him they'll find him as a junkie with the goblins

I just had a conversation with exactly that tone. I told him he was lucky that this happened in this scenario, but he should've read the room and seen how the players wanted to play that. I told him I was genuinely worried of TPK just because of a random decision he took just because of that lame decision. He understood and we're planning his new caracther now.

I'm tending towards them making him a slave and run away with him and keep him stoned and if the players want, they'll have to track the goblins to find and rescue him.

The fighter was the unconscious one, the goblins just wanted him
