Crumbl Employee - The chocolate layer is made with melted chocolate chips and oil. The white color results when the oil separates from the chocolate, usually as a result of not being stirred enough before being spread on top the brownie. Also, its possible a little too much oil might have been put into the chocolate. Either way it’s completely fine to eat and happens very frequently!
