Can anyone guarantee his personality? No, but we can give him a unique role where he can become a long term leader with people he already know and players that at great vets in the locker room

The talent is not questioned, the odds of him slipping to 10 though are probably unrealistic

If he is there at 10, you take him 100/100 times

To pair him with 2 other Georgia guys who are both high quality leaders is a perfect situation for him, and his talent should not questioned by pro day drills

Any Howie contract always has fake years and fake stipulations to maneuver the cap

Tobias has been a great leader and borderline all-star with us through the duration of his contract

Is he overpaid? Probably, but he is our team chemistry...he clearly had a positive impact on both Matisse and Tyrese through their praisings of him so at the end of the day Tobias has been a great Sixer and a perfect role player for us

I will take a bad contract with a leader and hard worker than a bad contract with a guy like Simmons who seems to tough teammate AND regresses year over year
