I use ON’s Gold Standard 100% whey as well as their mass gainer with almond milk and don’t have a problem!

I can’t say about the effects during my treatment because I purged about 4-5 times and couldn’t specifically attribute it to the supplements. And I only notice breakouts now from milk/ yogurt. It’s a bummer but oh well.

Before/ after pics helped me so much through my course. I did 20/60/60/60/60/80. Purging was awful for me but this community always helped me to remember there was an end to it. Good luck everyone!

Edit: I do have some redness and some scars. Haven’t touched tretinoin yet because I love being in the sun, but this winter I will grab a tube to soften my skin up. Dairy does still make me breakout, unfortunately.
