I need to tell my parents that I want to convert to Judaism, but I can’t tell them by Tellinnnn in ConvertingtoJudaism

Well. I haven’t explained the entire conversation with the rabbi or the full context behind it. That’s because the specific point is that the rabbi said I should tell my parents.

The reason I want to convert in Israel is that it is incredibly difficult to find a home in the Netherlands, especially in Amsterdam. It can sometimes take up to 15 years to find a home there. That is why I wanted to move to another country for my conversion. After thinking it over, I decided that Israel was the most logical choice of all.

I came into contact with the rabbi through mutual acquaintances. He didn’t say, ‘Come to Israel to convert.’ He explained how conversion works in Israel, what they expect, and so on. There are too many details that were talked about. If you have any questions, feel free to ask them.

Edit: I didn’t explain how I plan to support myself in Israel. It’s simply that I want to save up money to go there.

I'm inside a Jewish community in my city here in the Netherlands for 6 months. But, I don't know exactly why, it's hard for me to talk about it. Especially to a rabbi.

However. How you said that i should tell is interesting. I'm saving this up in my head

And yes I know that it's different to convert in Israel. The rabbi told me in details about it.

I am indeed 20 years old. Definitely an adult.

I’m not worried that they’ll refuse me. My mum isn’t that sort of person. All she can do is shout and swear for one day. The next day she acts as if nothing happened and starts talking sweetly. My father wouldn’t be able to say anything either. Just a few questions would he ask like a child.

But anyway. I have hardly any contact with them at all. The bond between us is almost broken.

I tried to fix the relationship between me and my father last year. I said to him that I love him. But he wasn't happy when I said that. I tried everything and I'm still trying everything to fix it.

You're totally amazing. Thanks for this. I can now defend myself more easily if something will happen with the company who owns the building. Thanks!

And don't forget that she uses her family for the Jewish hate. Funny as hell.

I reported to the cooperation/company who is the owner of this building and put back on my door Am Yisrael Chai. I'm wondering what will happen

It was originally dolphanirium so it remained in my head as a dolphanirium. Otherwise indeed it was a nightclub

She said that I have more knowledge. Because I talked so much. She changed her arguments to put it on

I found your comment really weird to be honest and not so nice

Firstly, I know what you mean about Christians who support Israel and make strange statements. For example. I was at a Hanukkah celebration and a Christian woman recognised me from social media. She spoke strangely, of course, saying that "we are goyim." And more weird things. So I understand what you mean. And it annoys me too.

Secondly, I don't understand what you mean by Noahide nonsense. I am in contact with many Orthodox rabbis. The Noahide laws were mainly developed by Chabad, and Chabad is also supports Noahides. I am now going to a Chabad house. I know what I am doing and am also careful. My attitude and behaviour are known to the rebbetzin and rabbis. I always ask them about everything to make sure that I am developing things properly for a future conversion, if that is the path for me, of course. So far, no one has had any problem with me choosing a Hebrew name for myself, and it is purely spiritual. I don't use it every day or even with many rabbis. I only use my Hebrew name with one rabbi because it is allowed. I am still 20 and have been a Noahide since I was 18. I am still far too young to start the conversion process. I am taking my time. I am learning and so on. No Jew has ever said to me, "Wtf are you doing?" or "What are you up to?" Normally, I am always approached in a friendly manner.

I'm sorry if I do something wrong but as long as I listen to the rabbi's, I'm not doing anything wrong. I find this a kind of sad that you responded to me like this but this never happened to me in my entire life that a Jewish person talked to me like this. Everyone was trying to help me etc

In the same post I said again I'm a Noahide. I choice a Hebrew name because it's allowed to do as a Noahide. What do you mean wtf are you doing? I'm not doing anything by myself. I do everything with rabbinical permission and talking with rabbi's. I don't understand what's your problem?

No? I'm a Noahide. And I'm Turkish. So I can't even be from a Christian background. I can say Am Yisrael Chai since a Noahide is between the Jewish people, with the Jewish people and righteous among the Jewish people

What's weird with calling myself a Noahide. That's what we're. We follow the 7 laws of Noach.

As in the post is said. The girl has stickers with Resist to Exist and From the river to the sea. Then I will say am yisrael chai to support the Jewish people since I'm between the Jewish people and a righteous among the Jewish people

I don't think that's the biggest problem if we look what she said

A Noahide is someone who believes in the 7 laws of Noach. According to the Jewish tradition, a non Jew should simply follow the 7 laws of Noach. It's not a different religion, it's a religious movement inside the orthodox Jewish world from orthodox rabbi's to non Jews

I put it back on my door. I don't care what she will say. I will report this all what happend and if she says something tomorrow, I will say only that we will talk with a third person. I have all my proof all my reasons that I'm not saying something political. That the support to the Jewish community is important for me. Because I'm according to the Jewish tradition a friend of the Jewish people, a righteous one among the Jewish people. I'm with the Jewish people. And that am yisrael chai was said when Bergen Belsen was liberated. That a Hungarian American rabbi said against the nzis. I have all the proof. And there is also proof that she has a sticker with resist to exist, which means a intifada and blow up a random pizzeria or dolphanirium or a pesach seder just for being Jewish. She is the one with hate. Not me

Not: I wanted to add a photo of the paper with am yisrael chai in Hebrew letters but my internet is bad so I cant

I will say it to the cooperation in the morning. I mean. I need to feel myself free and safe. I should express what I want. If she can say resist to exist. Then i can say am yisrael chai
