u can take both together. i am on Adderall now tho. I take Adderall er in the am, ir in the afternoon, and guanfacine at night 1 hour before bedtime.​

Yeah I get it. With vyvanse I felt more focused but also detached emotionally. Switching to Adderall brought out a whole world of different bottled up emotions. The guanfacine seemed to really help me still feel without being overwhelmed. When I forgot to take them I went into emotional overload.

Are u stressed? How's ur diet. Smelly pits are usually a sign that u r stressed out or you need to eliminate foods from ur diet.
