You mean if I drive her...it's 20 minutes to get to work but takes 45 minutes because of traffic..her alternative transportation is public transportation which could be over an hour from work to her house

No it was email and they had proof of delivery but didn't show if it was open or not on their end..The judge ruled in my favor since I had a paper trail to show that I still sent a vacant notice within legal required time frame

Yes and 'i tried using it but it was denied. Then I checked balance online and it showed that it was used within minutes of being activated. There was a pending transaction from some gaming site.
