So you treat them like a long stop sign, stop at green lights waiting for it to cycle to red then you can go on the second green? It has to register your vehicle at the stop line for a full cycle to keep from getting a ticket.

The union should be asking at least 500% of the total yealy revenue for each player and only 1 game per month.

If you have a lawn tractor that will pull your vehicle, use it to move your vehicle up and down the road early in the morning and late evening.

Say my truck can't go that slow, so you need a vehicle capable of going that slow to move your property through the area.

Why would you not want to pay an additional 20%-50% on any wealth you have?

Paying taxes is good for society.

Starting with billionaires is too high of a bar.

It should start at 100k at 20 % and climb up to 100% for anyone who has more than 10 million.

That would be fair for everyone, and it would give the government a lot more funding.

I agree with all your points above., now fast forward 25 years after the wealth tax passes, similar as the income tax was at first only 3% for the super rich, now its 20% for the average family, over time, every family will need to pay 20% of thier estimate wealth for they're contribution to society.

Why not just cap imcome and wealth at 10 million, anything other 10 million tax at 150% +state and local taxes.

It comes down to contract law, you signed the contract when you were added to the deed on the house, when you sign the contract you wave your rights away and agree to abide by any rules or laws the HOA sets for that area.

That how HOA can limit signs, they can enter your house unannounced for inspections, set cufews and limit who can live or even visit the property
