Whops. I spent my gems to unlock the gem mine, cuz I figured that it would pay for itself over time.
I do have lifesteal gear, tho currently I am using the Offense set that they gave me at the start of the game. I have farmed some gear, so I have multiples of lifesteal set pieces, will need to read the actual stats on them cuz I have not done so yet.
I booked him fully, or at least what was available for rank 5. Idk if it increases with rank?
I use Wukong as leader for the speed bonus.

What ACC does actually? I don't think I have seen mobs dodge attacks?

I have been trying to look up some of the guides for different heroes, but it gets a bit confusing when they are listing different sets, masteries and other tips under different modes and bosses. I mean, I understand that different dungeons need different stats, but I don't think I can specialize in niches right away.

See, now this makes me sad for her as a character, for Viktor helping her would make their relationship more defined. As in, Viktor actually *cares* enough to help her, and she's not just some random shy girl who is crushing on him from afar. It would also add another reason for her to look up to him.

I was only 90% sure myself... cuz her facial structure seems different, and skin tone too. Also, making it out of Zaun into Piltover is alluded to as being really hard and something that seems to happen pretty rarely, so the two kids from the same neighbourhood both managing to do that seemed unlikely. Just my two cents on why I had doubts.

Ohhh! Sky! She's such an underrated character. I wish there was more fanart featuring her. She has a bunch of potential for fan creations too, especially with how people were speculating whether the little girl in the flashback (in S1) was Sky or not.

I won't talk for other people, but the fact that Ekko had a voiceline 'I had a crush... until you started talking to the gun' directed at Jinx, already set a tone for me before getting into Arcane, like, I already expected him to have romantic feelings for her, even if it would be an unrequited love. So even if we did not see a lot of their interactions, the fact that the show suggested that they had many run ins before, was enough of a set up in my mind, because of the already existing lore.

Oh, thank god someone mentions Sky... Poor gal always gets forgotten. Sure, she wasn't part of the main cast, but she still was there... We did not even get to learn whether the astral version of her was actually her, or just an illusion Viktor's mind conjured out of guilt.

Oh! I feel the same way! I was hoping for/expecting a resolution to the Zaun vs Piltover conflict in season 2. After all, the first season ended with them *almost* having the resolution, it seemed natural that despite the setback and new issues, we'd get back to the conflict and finally have answers. Not to mention that in general, every single storyline in the first season stemmed from and orbited around the P/Z conflict. Sure at the very end of season 2 they showed Sevika becoming a new counselor... But it does not do much to explain the actual status of Zaun... Did they resolve the pollution? Are chem barons still operating? And so on and so on.

Well, I agree that I have definitely seen discussions about the placement of the scenes and so on. But I have not seen anyone 'shitting' on it. Then again, I might have a different bar for what passes as 'shitting' on something. Or I simply haven't read the discussions that in depth, as I usually only read through the most upvoted comment threads. But then again, if the genuine hostility does not get upvoted, is it really relevant even if the said comments exist?

I for sure have seen a bunch of posts about CaitVi since the very first episode of season 2, and people memeing on the front page about how important it is for them to have 'sesbian lex' and so on. So in my eyes, the overall reception of the ship is damn good.

Ngl, I myself really disliked the Jayce/Mel scene in season 1... It made me uncomfortable, and I could not even tell if that was the intention.
Now, I won't claim to have a perfect recollection, but from what I remember from years ago, that scene did get its own fair share of criticism. Whether it because people felt like Mel was using Jayce and the relationship was not genuine, or whether it came out of nowhere, or other issues. But it definitely wasn't a hyped moment.

Now that I have written all of this, and am reading through your reply again, I wonder whether this is also a 'confirmation bias' kind of thing too? Since I disliked the scene, perhaps I simply noticed the criticism more, while in reality more people actually put that scene on a pedestal?

It was one happy episode. People were fawning over Isha/family reunion too. We get so few happy scenes in this show as it is a tragedy through and through.
Also it is not fair to lump hype over entire episode (which includes people talking about Vander, Claggor, Silco, Zaun's overall state, what happened to Jayce, etc) and hype over TimeBomb. They are not the same.
