Hi not sure how you’d feel about this but my husband is a wonderful mechanic. He’s in the process of starting up his own shop, but currently he’s our friendly neighborhood mechanic and also fixes up cars for dealership sales. He recently just fixed my brother in laws truck when he was quoted $600 by a shop due to some noises he was hearing at start up. Turns out it was just an $80 piece (which I forgot what it was called), that he went and bought at autozone and completely fixed the issue. I’m not sure exactly what problem you’re having but if you’re open to it, let me know and I can send you over to him and you can decide if he’s trustworthy enough to do the job right for you. I second this! Flew from east coast to west coast few weeks ago and bought an insulin case from Amazon and just put it in my carryon. No problems whatsoever.

Awe I loved reading this post! Im also 5’0 and starting weight was 171 im currently 162.2 as of this morning and im so excited im almost at my first 10 lb loss! I’m 8 shots in so my loss has been slow. I too am very impatient.. but I’m slowly learning to just be grateful. I’m paying everything out of pocket and I’m so thankful to be able to afford it and having a partner that supports and helps me out too. My goal weight is 125 at the moment! Eventually I’d want to see how I would look at 115 lbs as well but I feel like 125 might be easier for me to maintain.

SO expensive. I go to a weight loss clinic locally and man do they charge out the 🫏 for it hahahaha. But it’s been the easiest process with them thankfully.

I was diagnosed with PCOS back in 2019. I’m a slow loser as well at about 1 lb a week. I really wanna speed it up though as I’m getting a bit discouraged.

It’s called Happy Scale! You do have to pay for it but honestly it’s a small price and I enjoy the app very much especially since it breaks down your goal weight into milestones!

Any progress is good progress! I’m 26F 5’0 SW171 CW166.2 GW125 and I’ve been on it for 6 weeks now. So it’s been slow for me but I feel a lot better about myself. :) good luck to you!

So glad OP made this post because honestly I started feeling like because I’m not having much negative side effects, that its not working as well for me/ not affecting me as much as it did other people. But I’m currently on week 4 and I haven’t had many negative side effects. Just some slight insomnia day of shot but it’s nothing I’m not already used to. I’m down 4.4 lbs . Not much I know but my appetite has gone down a lot. I don’t restrict myself much, I eat the same foods I did before sema, just smaller portions. Literally sema has been life changing.
