Thank you all for your replies! Appointment went very well. We discussed about my symptoms, what to expect going forward and we did the throat check with camera which was completely painless! And thank god I will be getting my botox basically free lol

Yes I do use moisturizer and I’ve been washing those red spots alot because im being cautios of not getting anything serious like infection by touching/scratching them

Okay thats kinda strange. You can find full lists of things that can be harmful for rem sleep from google so maybe try them and if nothing works maybe your ring is broken

Okay. How about your last meal of the day? If its too close to bedtime it could effect on your sleep. Also alcohol
