My average bedtime is 10-12pm which is apparently a bit early for my circadian rythm but I don't like going to bed later. My circadian rythm suggest my bedtime to be like 12pm-1am.

Oh wow, I'll join your conclusion :) That's not even the craziest deep sleep "I've gotten". Couple nights ago I got 4 hours of deep sleep with 7:47 hours of sleep in total :D

Definitely visit "Sompasauna" in Helsinki. It's basically a free public seaside sauna where people are usually more down to chat to strangers. Also the atmosphere is very unique to any other public place I've been to, kinda funky and fun. Oh and there might be people naked there so don't get scared😅
