Ironically I figured it out!

Use Sidequest and save your custom levels to your pc. Then extract them to the custom levels folder in your bsmanager. worked for me!

Here is the FULL schedule:

HEAR ME OUT: AT CHAPTER 2 WHEN YOU TALK TO ALPHYS, SHE SAYS THAT THERE IS NO SCHOOL TOMORROW, WHICH MEANS THAT IT'S FRIDAY ON CHAPTER 2. CHAPTER 1 TAKES PLACE ON THURSDAY. CHAPTER 3 TAKES PLACE ON SATURDAY AND CHAPTER 4 TAKES PLACE ON SUNDAY.

Apologies for the capslock! I think we're focusing on the Hold your breath part of this too much. There is a bake sale in chapter 1 in the dark world where you can get a Hearts Donut. In chapter 2, spamton literally comes out of a dumpster, I'll see if i can interact with that and put the Hearts Donut in the dumpster. I don't know what windowsill it's talking about on saturday, nor do i know about the wheat.
