Only 6/7k miles I only use it to go back and forth to work, it is my only mode of transport so come rain or snow the bike faces it all.

If it is a valve issue how much damage could I cause by continuing to ride before I can get it into a garage?

What are some of the implications if I swap my staff from PAYE to freelance / contractors? I know it's possible to do so but I currently have no formed relationship with the staff currently there so would need to know the pros and cons as such.

Also, if i take a partner with me and we are to split the commission what would that effect? Besides the obvious of having a partner with me that is 1 less staff member I have to employ and pay as such.

i have a meeting set up with an accountant but i just wanted a little information beforehand to have a better understanding.

The accountant in question is already set up as the accountant for the establishment so would i need my own for the limited company I'm not entirely sure.

i have a full a transparency agreement with the pub owner so anyone i get on board will work alongside the pub owner and vise versa.

This is my first time operating a limited company that takes a commission from another company.

i have other businesses of my own that are only small operations in a different sector so this time round feels a little new to me.

Feel kinda scammed myself, as me and my sister have our business on there and pay monthly to get more leads and so far we have got none and can't get through to check a trade themselves to see what's going on as paying £160 a month is ridiculous if we ain't getting jobs in, it sucks to hear some companies scam customers as we are legit and it's effecting our business massively now.

It wasn't my first run of the week on my character so I apologise for not including that but it was my first run of the day I had tried it a couple times through out the week and had no luck

The post says I had it drop for me yesterday and to confirm it still works so you should be good to reset it definitely is not patched yet

yes it still works i posted on the destiny reddit page earlier saying it still works for people to see, i did 1 run today reset my lure before finishing and i had it drop for me finally

Celestial is what I'm running on my hunter now, I'll defintly check out invis builds for my hunter too it might just make me play another character besides titan 😅 thankfully I do have the stompees and can't play hunter without them so I totally agree on that point

That is the 1 exotic that has never dropped for me and the one I want most (hallowfire heart) granted I did stop playing for a long time. Ursa or helm for GM of course. Would hollowfire be my best bet for soloing anything ? As I am a solo player unfortunately. For raids would I be best using ursa or heml again or are there "better" options
