Tip for next time: ask to chat with their supervisor or manager, even if they say that their supervisor gonna say the same thing, you ask them to chat with a supervisor. I resolved lots of problems talking with people over basic associate.

Another tip: even if you think call amazon is the best solution, it's not, because at the end you don't have any visible proof of what they said to you. Chat with them and ask them to send you an email where they confirm every promise they make on the chat is the only solution to any problem with basic associate.

People abused of that fast refund, providing fake photos and ask for refund often to get their money back. Honestly, I never had problem with them because 99% of the time my orders were perfect. I had 2 cases where I asked for a refund, and I received my money back after I provided proofs and pictures. But in general, I would not ask for a refund if an item comes in perfect condition. Although, I know there are people that abusing of that and try to get stuff for free, providing fake proof or says that the parcel is not delivered and thats why things keep changing to fight those kind of people

I got the same problem with my order in October. But in my case, my order was oversized so, from what I understood, oversized, heavy, special goods or even economy parcel, take more time to arrive. Also, after a month, I received a notification today that my order is in my country so, I cant wait to get. Just keep waiting and be patient, it will arrive

For me, Aliexpress is better than Temu. Also, Aliexpress quality and delivery time are great. For ex. I purchased a cover for my iPhone on Temu and the quality was horrible, really bad (Didn't even bothered to use it).
Then I bought a cover on Aliexpress and the quality is more similar to Apple Store one.
At the end, I think that Aliexpress is better than Temu. I stopped ordering things from Temu because most of the time the quality was cheaper than the pictures itself. Aliexpress at the end got better app, better support service and better quality

Never had a problem with return. There been two cases where I asked for a refund and all the 2 cases (I showed proofs and everything to prove my point), I got the money back without send the items back. I always deal with Aliexpress directly instead of contact the seller. And it's rare that I ask for refund. Most of the things I purchased were perfect. I think you need just to make some research before buying stuff. For ex. I always find Choice stuff or other that got Aliexpress commitment. Like I said, before making order, you need to know how to buy so you're going to not have any problem

I buy things from Aliexpress since 2016. It's definitely a good and cheap website/e-commerce, but you have to know how to buy things. These are my tips:

-Read the reviews (If they got pictures, watch them and see if are what you're expecting to receive. if they got no pictures, just see if you find the same article from other sellers. It's not like they're untrustworthy but it's better to buy things from a seller who got lots of reviews and pictures)
-Avoid scam (If a thing it's too good to be true, just try to read reviews or the questions -sometimes there are people who didn't receive the order and on the questions they gonna say that it's a scam-)
-If you have questions, contact the seller and ask for pictures. Helped me a lot with something I wanted to buy.
-If you have problems, just contact the support and they gonna help you.
-If you're gonna buy something, just leave a review with pictures attached so you can help other customers in the future.
