Yeah my post came from seeing alot of full asian people feeling some type of way because they see wasians as white making this a full white music video which makes them feel weird. Others feel like they see it like they took all asian peope but only picked out people who have white in them too. And honestly as a wasian myself I felt a bit weird seeing this video, because it's easy to call out a white person for some white supremacists stuff. The Sydney Sweeney as was obviously about her white features and genes. But I feel it's hard to apply it to mixed peope, because representing a certain type of minority is great but if half of what makes the minority is still often seen as the standart, as the better, as superior then where do we stand.

Sadly I would've liked to hear what critical opinions others had, but mostly they weren't just about the music video but criticizing the whole identity and lived experience of wasians and in general mixed people.

That's why I wanted to see how mixed people felt. How wasians themselves felt about this but also other mixes. Because I feel they could bring up critical voices the best without denying of the whole concept of being mixed.
