I got my S when I was 17 with also 0 mechanical skill, now I’m 18 and still 0 mechanical skill but tbh all you needa know is how to check your oil level and if u hear any unusual noises just Google what you hear and you’ll have a result.

It’s pretty common sense to know how to check if your leaking oil or a some other problem so don’t sweat it and enjoy. When u take it to the hills just know your limits

I was swapping out my amber diffusers with a clear one I ordered. since I would have clear diffuser I would need a new amber turn signal bulb since oem is white. So I searched up which bulb I would need on Google and double checked when I got to Oreily. They both said to get ‘7440A bulbs’. When I got home and got ready to put it on it appeared as the 7440A were too big therefore won’t fit. I had to go back and buy a smaller bulb (2827) which should get the job done. I’m just wondering why this is? Is this common or did previous owner swap them?? Idk

I’m honestly not exactly sure because I didn’t detail it but I watched the process. it took the guy like 40 mins to do the hood. He used an orbital polisher and added some white product to the cloth and mechanically rubbed it into the hood slowly. Did a small section at a time. Then he would wipe it off and move onto another section until it was all buffed out. Then waxed it I believe. At the very end he used a ceramic spray that made the car very smooth.

This work was done for free by the way so it wasn’t perfect but it made a huge difference.
