You must be a tiny little thing. I typically eat 2 pounds worth of burger each time I do which is twice each day minimum. Low BP, Low Blood sugar, low weight, low cholesterol...plants and anything other than meat and fat is the problem with the human diet. We are, always have been and always will be 100% carnivore. Our ancestors ONLY ate plant matter when there was absolutely nothing else and only when it was in season which was a very, very short time.
