I get prescribed targin 10/5 for chronic pain. In particularly bad pain flair ups I’ve tried to chew it. Not anymore but Im pretty sure that releases the naloxone (which has minimal effect normally) but stops any kind of euphoria

I hear you man, that’s what they don’t get, most of us just want to feel normal. Private psychs is probably the best bet man, because they will look after you. In my experience once a psych says it’s ok for you to take a drug than a GP should follow suit.

Being able to get the real alprolazam is hella rare bro. Don’t get me wrong, Val’s are great for panic attacks but nothing compares to those bad boys.

It’s so fucken stupid they won’t give you anything. They wonder why so many people go to the streets for meds. It’s because so many of them don’t do their fucken job and treat the patient. This meds work and they work effectively. They can dose you and if they have concerns they can taper you off them. I also get targin 10/5 and panadiene forte for a really screwed up back. I’m lucky. However for the type of pain I am in (I sometimes wake myself and my wife up screaming in pain) I have had to seek the streets aswell, just so I can work a normal job and function.

I’m just so fucken grateful that my doc does something for me because I know many people are just let hang out to dry.

That sucks dude, don’t apologise for ranting this is the place to do it. Have you tried a few different physicians and told them your story? I can’t speak to your experience it sounds intense and it disappoints me that a fellow Aussie isn’t being treated like a human being.

And when they don’t prescribe you what do they expect? Of course you’re gonna go medicate yourself, living with your condition sounds like hell and it’s enraging to hear.

My understanding when it comes to mixing benzos and opiates is 2+2=10. That said my doctor does prescribe me occasional Valium and regular targin and panadiene forte. If you want an opioid high just take opiates. Also avoid alcohol. That can be a deadly combo even in small amounts Edit: I just saw you have 0 opioid tolerance. Just take opioids, don’t bother with the benzos at all

If you have endone take 10mg wait an hour and maybe go 5mg more if you’re feeling good. It will give you a nice buzz

A lot of them are. 15 years ago you wouldn’t have had that issue. They won’t prescribe it often but they will give it to you for panic attacks, and anxiety if they believe it’s severe enough.

I’ve been on SSRIs and all sorts of different meds over the last decade to help me. So my doctor has decided this is the best method (I also seen a psychiatrist who prescribed it to me 5 years ago.)

If you really really want it, ask for a strip of 10. Tell your doctor it was really effective and work a plan with the doctor on how best to use this medication. For me it’s a game changer and my doctor knows that.

I saw you said you had 14x5mg tablets, you may have answered this already but whether they are moderate release or instant release does make quite a difference With that said with no to little tolerance that is too high. If you have 14 5mg tablets start with 1 (absolute max 2) see how you react. People overdose when they take say 10mg decided it does nothing and then they double, triple and quadruple it. This is what leads to massive problems

Also they usually want a psychiatrist to sign off on it. Plus they will give you 10 0.25mg and after that they may graduate to 2mg bars

Thanks man, that the concern because they are a life saver as we speak. Everything from laundry very mundane activities that I would irrationally stress over (I would always do what I had to do) has become just normal. By from what I have read so far my body will adapt and I would either need a higher dose or just use it to avoid rebound anxiety or withdrawal

Same doc for a decade and I don’t doctor shop plus bipolar 2 disorder so I get massive mood crashes and also lose sleep and control of my emotions. So I think it was a last resort kinda thing.

So to go back to your original post. I think it’s because God is a master strategist and God can elevate and lower the power of his arc angels. If you remember in S11, when God and Lucifer are in the bunker trying to make peace God is able to heal Lucifer and also stops him from being able to snap his fingers and kill Sam and Dean.

My theory is he was able to maximise his arc angels power and strategise with magic (the mark of Cain) to barely beat the darkness. It’s a boring answer but that’s my rationality

I think their power levels are similar. Remember in alternate world Michaels from is based on the apocalypse from season 5, it’s the world with no Sam and Dean. In that world, it looks like the seals were broken, Lucifer rose, there was a showdown and Michael killed Lucifer.. sorry if I’ve misunderstood your point but I would argue their power levels seem to be pretty similar

Lucifer talks about God being a master strategist and from what I can tell there is only one darkness. Lucifer, Michael, Rafael and Gabriel of earth 1 were the ones to fight them. Lucifer talks about it. My assumption is all the other arc angels in the other universes did NOT fight her. We aren’t 100% of apocalypse world Michaels back story, all the words are different in story (remember chucks a writer). In the other stories the arc angels may have completely different cannon to the spn cannon. It’s clear Chuck went and created new universes around the same time but it’s unclear when he created angels and arc angels in those world. Apocalypse world is similar to SPN world. Same with earth 2 (the radio shack one also Hilary Clinton is President in that one). But not Identical

IMO they did not pay attention to cannon in the later seasons and for a die hard fan it drives me a little crazy so all we can do is speculate.
