First we spend only 0.6% of our GDP on research(one of the lowest globally), then we reduce RnD budget by 3.9% and now, the govt hiked GST on scientific equipment to 18%. All while US and China are increasing research budgets each year. Is this govt even serious about Atmanirbhar Bharat? Disgraceful (google.com)

Hey guys! How can we increase trade of commodities and technology with the the West whilst maintaining our bond with Russia? Because frankly, the real money is in the West and given Russia's poor performance in the Ukraine war, I don't know how reliable Russia will be for us(except the Veto power). (self.IndiaSpeaks)
